Mediation is
affordable, which is one reason why it is so successful.
Mediation
works...but don’t take our word for it:
“What a better way to resolve issues than court. We are so thankful
you were at court so we could settle with you before spending all
day there to be heard by a judge.”
“I am very pleased with the way the mediation was handled and the
resulting Settlement Agreement. I will definitely contact you again
if any problems arise in the apartment complex.” |

Mediation Works
Community Mediation offers
constructive processes for resolving differences and conflicts between
individuals, groups, and organizations. It is an alternative to
avoidance, destructive confrontation, prolonged litigation or violence.
It gives people in conflict an opportunity to take responsibility for
the resolution of their dispute and control of the outcome. Community
mediation is designed to preserve individual interests while
strengthening relationships and building connections between people and
groups, and to create processes that make communities work for all of
us.
